Silversea Cruises is a luxurious cruise liner company that operates with the best itineraries across the globe throughout the world. It operates with four all suite luxury ships. Its head quarter is situated in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with the sales office located in London, Sydney and Monaco. It is owned by the royal Lefebvre family of Rome, Italy. With only one ship, Silver Sea was founded in April 1994. At that time, many of them suspected that such a small company like Silver Sea could not able to survive in such a huge market business area. Their first ship, Silver Cloud was followed by the twin ship, the Silver Wind in January 1995. After five years i.e. in September 2000, the company added third cruise liner in its fleet Silver Shadow and fourth in January 2001, Silver Whisper. Both the new ships were the new enlarged versions of the original two ships but carry only 100 more passengers than the existing one.
